I been shopping in Waitrose Havant since they opened. I?m getting disappointed with products not being available. Today I couldn?t get unsmoked streaky bacon, ceaser salad dressing and large eggs also small cucumber.

Good choice of products, though when I was looking for ice cream cones, tye range is limited to very expensive or slightly less expensive, no own brand for example. Good quality service and it's a clean store

Worse run Waitrose anywhere ! Why at 3 oclock on a busy Saturday do you have so many youngsters on the tills ? Every till operator was underage leading to all tills grinding to a halt as they need alcohol to be approved , then around the store staff just talking to each other ! Its just lacking any managerial presence at any time

I recently shop at this area but unfortunately buy one day expired item without know it n have to drive back for return. When I was asking it?s should be a discount label for almost expired date item? mostly when I saw this label I will not buy cause I know I unable to finish before the deadline n I was told the label is a day before n she say not to waste but how come the food I brought didn?t have the label? I definitely believe the day I return the expired item still on the shelf, I been shopping with Waitrose for many years n I know the only shop will take the old out n refill the new at the back but look like things been changing. I also been told the expired date is my responsibility to make sure to buy. What I understand is not my responsibility I it shouldn?t be happening.

Shop itself is ok, and the staff are friendly enough, but it's all looking tired and worn. The underground car park wouldn't look out of place in a post apocalyptic film. Past the aesthetics though it's a typical Waitrose, many goods even more expensive than M&S, although the value ranges level the field a bit. The deli and fish counters are well stocked with a wide range of goods you would be hard pressed to find at Asda for example. The shining star in this shop is the drinks section, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing. Note that using the underground car park means either using the stairs or one of 2 lifts up to the shopping area. The stairs are grubby but safe enough, but the lifts will only take a trolly and one or two people, and that cramped space makes manoeuvreing a trolly in and out a bit cumbersome - so if you have mobility issues just be aware of that.

I have just received a car park ticket for being in the disabled parking for 2.5 hours. I did not see the limit and was with my 95 yr old mum in a wheelchair. Yes it took that long to wait for a lift, get round the store, get wheelchair in snd out. I am devastated as to what should have been a rare treat for mum
