I originally started with UKG in 2020 when the pandemic hit we had carer who had to shield and a sudden influx of new packages because of sudden hospital discharges, I was shocked to see that our director was on the rota to work with me the next day, not many companies can boast that their director literally got her hands dirty!! After a break to have a baby I came back to UKG and am really happy! No domiciliary care company can be perfect it's such a difficult industry! However after 22 years I can say this is one of the best companies to work for! ?????

Been working for UKG Care more than 4 years in numerous roles working in the office as a member of the managment team and as a carer. I can say that all members of the company do care, Where issues can arise as they do with all companies, these are usually resolved quickly, for the most part the resolutions presented are good and appease the situation.Can recommend.

I have worked for UKG Care for nearly two years and it?s a gem of a companyThe care teams both Havant and Fareham are amazing , supportive and are wonderful people who work hard and have clients at the upmost full front of what they do.The office staff have a good relations with the clients and care staff and are happy to go out of their way and beyond to have happy staff .All office staff go out and cover calls to relieve the pressure of adding calls to carers when they have a full rota or need a break to recuperate, the Directors are always there for any difficulty and support with mental health or home pressures.We all look out of each other?s wellbeing . UKG Care is a very special company to work for you would have no regrets in joining this company .

I am currently employed by UKG care. I can not rate this job highly enough, they have supported me through so much and give me an excess amount of encouragement. The clients are wonderful, we cover a vast area along the south coast from westbound to hayling along to Fareham and SO21 also waterlooville and Clanfield. We as a company are unable to wear perfume due to clients with asthma and COPD and also some clients may smoke so for this we have a no win situation but do our utmost to no carry it onto our next clients as we know it can cause upset but it is against our control.I really can't stress enough how amazing this company is to work for.

Finding Ukgcare to work for has completely opened my eye's to how carering is supposed to be. The professional work force that is behind this company is brilliant, i mean there is carers ,managers that have been in this industry for years!! to be able to absorb as much information as i can from.them is brilliant. There is constant training going on and so much room to grow,always work available. Thank you ukgcare from me and my family

Hourly rate of £36 rising to £39 for evenings and £72 for bank holidays. For this extortionate price you'd expect red carpet service, not (some) carers coming in smelling of cigarettes and rushing through a 30 min call in 20 minutes. The average price of care in the UK is £15-30ph so I am absolutely dumbfounded to have found out my family were paying this for mediocre care!

Wife was a client of this company for several years with no major issues. Then as her health deteriorated so did the care. They seem unable to cope with problems.Made several complaints due to issues such as wife left in urine soaked bed and alleged banter that went to far. Every complaint they investigated was deemed as not upheldand no further action required. Avoid them. They will lie themselves out of any difficult situation that occurs.
