James served me and was really helpful. It's always the staff that makes the difference. Another thing that I thought worthy of mentioning, was the collaboration between Screwfix and Toolstation. With Screwfix initially recommending Toolstation to me and I learnt from James it's vice versa. It's proof to me that they both value the customer needs over the competition / profit. Well worth 5 stars. I look forward to my next visit.

I?m really impressed with Tool Station and the people I met today in the Havant store. My Einhell strimmer stopped working just outside of the 30 day window and I?d thrown the box away. A quick online chat said that wasn?t a problem, just take it back. The male and female staff members were lovely and welcoming, and swapped it over without issue. They also discovered what was wrong with the one I handed back which will help me if it happens again! I will use Tool Station more often as great customer service with no-quibble replacements is valuable and I really appreciated the simplified process. And just for the record, the cordless Einhell strimmer I think was a good buy! ?

Needed a couple of items today and went to Toolstation in Havant rather than my hometown of Haslemere. Oh my God, what a difference the chatp behind the counter James was a credit to the company. He was happy friendly and very helpful and gave me some good pointers unlike Haselmere, who are always miserable And unhelpful .. well done James

Went in here trying to find a bulb for my wifes wax burner which was highly unusual the staff here could not do enough, we spent a good 15 to 20 minutes trying to find the correct bulb honestly so pleased with their help and service today and I felt a bit like a plonker for not keeping hold of the old bulb to my wife's wax melt. I recommend these and will definitely come again overall very pleased.
