I wish I could give 0 stars. These guys are super helpful when you are wanting to purchase a phone - however, when you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved! I have been paying £39 a month for a phone that I cannot use, coming up to 4 months! Due to their ?new and improved? system, it?s saying that I still own my old phone (which I had upgraded), charging me for both contracts and has suspended my contract. I cannot use my 4G, make phone calls or text for 4 MONTHS! I have paid a total of £156 for a phone I cannot use. I have been down to the 3 store in Havant countless times within this time and each time they tell me they are sorting it. Utter rubbish! It doesn?t take 4 months to sort an issue. They don?t even answer the phone when you try to call. I?ve wasted so much money on petrol and car parking going down to the store too. 3 customer service are unable to help me as they said I need to resolve this issue with the store I had bought the phone from. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THREE OR THIS STORE!!!!!

Friendly helpful staff but it's not quick, so give yourself at least half an hour. Easy level access in this shop and the whole of the Meridian shopping centre

Tommy (I think..) was VERY helpful. I was in the shop for probably under 10 minutes and left with the phone I'd been looking at.He also gave me very simple instructions on how to claim some Samsung Galaxy Buds which arrived today!Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Dan and the wonderful staff he has at the Havant branch. The customer service is outstanding and they are so kind and caring. I'm not good with technology but they were so patient with me. I highly recommend them they are a brilliant team. Well done guys!
