Good location n good staff all the time but unfortunately the closing time is not show on website cause it might be closing earlier as list. Sometimes as early as 11.45pm depending on who night shift. I saw Asian security always close earlier. The closing time should be show depending on who is night watch. Shouldn't misleading customer thinking closing time is midnight 12am.

Huge supermarket. Everything you could possibly want is here. Plenty of free parking. Easy access for disabled.

Very good with plenty of stuff in this tesco.
Negative sides ..parking on certain weekends terrible which required attention or other way is to reduce parking hours to 2 hours ,at times the area around is so congested.Need urgent attention

Normally good standard of shopping experience. Tesco finest jumbo prawns purchased recently were green with mould when opened and the smell was bad enough for my wife to feel like throwing up. Not fit for human consumption. Bad news Tesco.

The checkout assistant was rude they didn?t speak to my husband, avoided eye contact, and acted as though he didn?t exist, even when handing him a bag. We prefer using staffed tills to support jobs, and we were visiting terminally ill family when we stopped by Tesco to get them a nice lunch. It?s disappointing they couldn?t show basic politeness. A smile or kind word would have made a big difference during such a difficult time. Good customer service is about treating people with courtesy and respect.

Lacking investment
Given the foot fall and income it is about time Tesco updated this store! Their facilities and real estate management need to up their game or be replaced both in store and at Tesco HQ Welwyn Garden. About time your contract with moving walkway suppliers is reviewed and penalties put in place. One or both ramps have been out of action for weeks! Even today a day before Christmas !!

Tesco Extra is an ideal Supermarket. Very well stocked with plenty of parking. Good also for access to other shops in the area. Parking is for several hours. Plenty of parking on the outskirts of the building. Also a petrol station on site. Tescos is a very busy shop. Plenty of tills on exit. So service is quite fast.
