Such a refreshing experience in Havant store today. Lisa the store manager could clearly see I wasn?t getting very far and approached me and offered to help!
She was discreet , informative, and most importantly really friendly. I was then served by a lady called Sabrina who to was really welcoming and polite.
I like to give good feedback where it?s due(when I remember!)
Thanks to the both of them for making me leave the shop in a better mood than I entered :)
