Good serving staff . But queues @ tills even in weekday so need more tills open when long queue & wasnt a lunchtime .
Good value for money as prices same as few yrs ago . Although im sure boxers used to come in box of x3 not x2 for same price ?

If there was a choice of zero stars to give it would have been zero. Seemed an impossibility to find anyone to help me find sizes of trainers. And when I did find staff they didn?t want to help. Other staff saying other staff would help but they couldn?t as they were on different departments. Incompetent, I felt like a burden asking to try different sizes. Customer service skills were so poor, no care or want to help at all. I walked the whole ground floor at one point and not a single member of staff to be seen apart from checkout lady who couldn?t help me. Spent far longer in here then I would have liked. So frustrating. I don?t like to leave bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I have had this same experience in this store.

The worst sports retail shop around! Customer skills that so disgusting I would not send my worst enemy there, because I used my own bag instead of paying an extortionate amount of £3 my clothes were literally chucked into the bag by a tattooed idiot with the greasiest hair I?ve ever seen, making me question wether I should wash them before putting them on! All in all this shop should leave the experience of shopping and getting new clothes to be one of happiness Instead of one that leaves a taste of disgust in your mouth!

Ordered three pairs of walking boots on line for collection at the Havant store. I tried them on there and then, one pair fitted perfectly so I went to the desk to return the two unwanted pairs. I then found out that I could only have a credit note if the store took them back, so I had to take them away and post them back at a cost of £4.99.
Other shops where I've collected and returned items have taken them and refunded to my credit card without any hassle, do not very impressed.

Guy with red beard needs serious customer service training. Totally unreasonable, lacked empathy or common sense. Manager was fair and reasonable but won't be shopping here again our of principle. Avoid.
