Please firstly thank Sandra in your waterlooville call centre. She was so helpful as it was an emergency and she called me with a last minute cancellation which was so helpful. I?m blind in one eye and the seeing eye was giving me problems so it was hugely important to be seen

Terrible customer service. Will never go back here. Took 3 months to get contact lenses sorted. Store is clearly understaffed and employees too swamped. Terrible communication. When you ring Havant Specsavers it goes to a call centre, no one has a clue what is going on.
After paying for my lenses and delivery, I waited for over a week and then waited on hold for an hour to find out what was going on.
I was told me it had arrived and would be sent out the next day.
Still nothing
I went into the store again for the 10th time
It was sitting in a box still on the floor
No apologies, no one took ownership of the mistake
I was just rudely told that the lenses hadn?t arrived in store until the day before, even though the person on the phone told me they had. The store worker was telling me I was wrong.
Extremely rude and I will never go back again
