Ordered from here as they were the only ones delivering and had a really good meal. Loads of meat in the curry's, my wife loved the korma and the onion bhajis were great nice and crispy!

We?ve enjoyed ordering from this place a few times a month, but we had a little mess-up with our orders recently. I reached out to them to see if we could get it corrected with a redelivery, but unfortunately, they couldn?t accommodate that. So we had to eat with what we received. It?s a bit disappointing, so we are exploring another restaurant from now on.

I don?t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves it. I ordered from Shapla Indian takeaway in Havant and had to make three separate phone calls chasing my food. Twice I was told it was already ?on the road??only for the driver to admit he?d just picked it up when he arrived. So clearly, someone was lying.
When it finally arrived, the food was poor quality, and honestly not worth the wait or the hassle. The service on the phone was unhelpful and rude, with zero effort to update or reassure me.
Looking at the 2.9-star rating online, I feel even that is generous. Sadly, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish?I won?t be ordering again.

Ordered via Just Eat and cancelled 29 mins later. No reason but having seen the reviews I?m glad they cancelled. So disappointing but a blessed relief.

Used Shapla for about 10 years loved the food untill now. Delivery took 2hours even phoning after an hour to be told the order wasn?t even there, even tho I paid and got a code and then to be told she?ll get it sent asap ,to then call back after 45mins to then be told there waiting for a driver.To top it all off when the food come it was cold ,chips were awful and the vegetable rice was spicy(not stated)I ordered this rice for my son thinking it was just vegetables and rice as he has tummy problems and he couldn?t eat spicy food.My chicken madras wasn?t cooked properly, the chicken was a little pink. Will NOT be using them again !!!!

Won?t be using again the delivery driver takes 40 minutes to deliver a meal from 5 minutes away! Nothing worse than spending a lot of money for a stone cold meal!
