It's always the staff that make all the difference. The gentleman that served me was very helpful, chatting about and then looking for what I wanted, without me having to search through the catalogue. Then when the item only came on a much larger roll than I needed, he recommended trying Toolstation down the road, which met my needs perfectly.
This collaboration between Screwfix and Toolstation and vice versa, is impressive and I feel that it's proof they both value the customers needs over the competition / profit. Well worth 5 stars. I look forward to my next visit.

Popped in today to pickup a radiator and return one that was too big for a job. Despite me being a day past the return window the staff we're extremely helpful and friendly, accepted my return despite it being my fault picking up the wrong size. This is my new local Screwfix and I'm consistently impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Little things like this make all the difference, big shout out and thanks to the team at Havant.

There is not an option to leave no stars so I have reluctantly had to leave one. The service at the Havant branch of screwfix today was absolutely atrocious regarding my wife, which sadly included the manager, a simple request to cut a piece of plastic waste pipe in half turned into an absolute fiasco and a total outbreak of jobsworth. Even a complaint to head office carried on the theme of jobsworth and of no customer care or consideration towards helping my wife and her simple request to have a piece of plastic pipe cut in half. I certainly would not recommend this clown outfit to anyone and I will be sticking to either tool station or B and Q who seem to spend more time and effort in training their staff in better customer care and satisfaction than screwfix.

Purchased a washing machine hose today. Very helpful manager and staff. My item was distributed very quickly and efficiently. There is a screen to type in orders for quick drop off. Highly recommended thanks

This store use to be fast and efficient but these days even allowing for Covid it is really slow. Not the same team of staff as 6 months ago .....shame toolstation here I come
