Popped in to pick up my prescription which was a tube of cream on repeat so nothing new, shop was in darkness so wasn?t sure it was actually open at 11.30am , it was open and was told I couldn?t pick up my prescription as their is no pharmacist there until this afternoon, really !!! Never needed one there before when the prescription has been bagged up waiting for collection for a week . I?ll get them sent elsewhere from now on this is a joke

Made to feel like a criminal coming in to get some infected eyedrops because I get an eye infection possibly two Question loudly in front of an entire room full of people. Literally wanted to leave in tears because I have pinkeye and I just wanted some eyedrops to fix it Would I recommend them? No I wouldn?t. The staff are rude and unhelpful and made me feel like I never ever want to step foot in that door again.

Don't answer phone possibly endangering life as in my case I missed the driver and he left the phone No to rearrange delivery. No answer as usual and I'm out of heart pills and other important ones. When I finally get to speak to someoneI will be transferring to another chemist. There branch in the warren was great so it the bad show of this franchise.

Just dreadful. The blonde lady who serves is just so unhelpful. Needs to go to school for manners. Went in yesterday told her my problem. Said she can?t help not pharmacist there so can?t sell anything. Told to come back tomorrow. Gives back and she tells me after waiting for 30 minutes to see her no you need to phone 111, for dry skin ?
Get some training and get some manners and stop wasting peoples time.
