Pets at home is good the sell lots and most of the staff know what they are talking about but 1] thr vet fees are overpriced and2] they need more staff at weekends when it gets busy

just been to have my dogs nails trimmed with the helpful young lady in the grooming department. I can't recommend her highly enough, she was very calm and confident with my dog , which transferred to the dog.

Staff seen to be happy in their job, very friendly and helpful. The shop is Very clean, tidy and well stocked, tidy shelves. Animals are clean .

they don't care about the fish because they are leaving the died fish in the tanks and they animal welfare is poor because the size of the cages are concerning for the animals that are smaller

Not great i called and they tolf me tgey had six guinea pigs so i drove down for half an hour got tgere they only had two so pointless and waste of my time i know no where else has them yet trying to edplain to me about where else to look

I took my daughter to the educational workshop today and all I can say is wow! It was made absolutely amazing by the lovely lucian she was so knowledgeable on all the animals and reptiles she was great with all the children and adults we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come visit again soon ??
