Off The Record is a charity offering suport to 11-25 year olds in the Havant Borough area of Hampshire. We offer two types of service; one-to-one counselling and group support consists sessions to teach self-coping techniques. We also offer in-school presentations and sessions, drop-ins and a program for young carers. Whilst waiting for counselling our Support Workers contact the young person weekly, to listen and provide information resource that may be of help. We also offer counselling to parents/family of the young person. We promise to: 1. Put you first 2. Listen to you 3. Support you to make choices that are right for you 4. Respect you and your confidentiality 5. Help you access other services if they can help you better
