Tried to return a pair of chinos today and as the staff wouldn?t find the purchase and waited 39 mins. I also returned the are exactly same pair and a return is not welcome just because they didn?t have a tag on them. I purchased them without a tag and now have a pair of chinos that don?t fit! Must unhelpful visit to this store!!

Great store, perfect for online collections and returns. Many comment on the congested car park and traffic, all true; there is a second exit from the car park the M&S side - also we often avoid the grid lock by turning right. There are other routes into town and for A27 we head to the second junction that links with the A3 (if REALLY bad, otherwise it doesn?t take long to move).

Female Toilets: Please Next staff in Havant Solent Retail park, change the toilet brush (these can be bought for 99p) and replace the hook on the back of the door.We do not want to put our coats on a toilet floor or look at the remains of someone?s emptied bowel on the toilet brush. Disgusting and an easily solved.

Getting a ticket for shopping where there are no signs on any pillars near the shops but in the middle of the car park is really an underhanded tactic.No signs as you go into the car park either or outside of the car park so you are forced to go into the car park with your car before you realise you have broken their terms for returning within two hours to exchange a item.10 shops including the cafes to visit with a 2.5 hour limit means you can only stay in each shop for 15 minutes which makes no sense what so ever.Has put me off ever going to Next or any of these shops again. Shame really when you go there to spend your hard earned money.--
