Getting a ticket for shopping where there are no signs on any pillars near the shops but in the middle of the car park is really an underhanded tactic.No signs as you go into the car park either or outside of the car park so you are forced to go into the car park with your car before you realise you have broken their terms for returning within two hours to exchange a item.10 shops including the cafes to visit with a 2.5 hour limit means you can only stay in each shop for 15 minutes which makes no sense what so ever.Has put me off ever going to Next or any of these shops again. Shame really when you go there to spend your hard earned money.--

Wanted to give a shout out to Emily at branch of Next in Havant that exceeded our expectations last evening. We had bought a table lamp back in April and part of the lampshade fitting seems to have disintegrated. Of course I had thrown away the receipt long ago but visited the store in the hopes they could order a new fitting. Emily served us and could see it was a Next lamp. There was no quibble that I did not have a receipt and she arranged a replacement lamp without further fuss. Thank you.

Not the biggest Next but has a good range of clothing and homewares?with the free parking it?s click and collect service is great when you don?t want to travel to a larger store. Click and collect service is very efficient, have used several times and will definitely use again. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Yesterday just before 5.30pm I was upstairs in the Costa which overlooks their main entrance and witnessed the most brazen shoplifting ever. A woman walks out carrying a garment which sets the alarm off. She then walks back in, tears off the security tag, and throws it onto a stand opposite the front doors. Then she walks out and goes to her car, gets in and drives back past the main entrance, out of the car park. At no point did any staff or security come to investigate. Ten minutes later another lady walks out carrying a large box and sets off the alarm, again nothing is done about that either!

I have had to bring back some catalogue returns to the store on two occasions recently and both times the two ladies have been very helpful and professional.

I want to say a massive thank you to the young lady who helped us today when a woman hit my car and drove to another part of the carpark today, she went above and beyond and her manager said she would ensure we didn't get a ticket as we had to wait so long for the woman to return to her car. I would really like to thank her personally as she was so helpful, I just wish I got her name. I would love to pop in with a small gift to say thanks if possible.

Good selection of homewares and clothing. Definately worth a visit. Has the added bonus of having a Costa coffee outlet in store.

Easy to order, instore or online. Collection simple with separate collection point (not at a till) and returns are totally fuss free. Staff lovely. Amazon lockers now available. Toilets always clean.

Everything was very good today .we went to this store after very long time .all was good. All the staff members were doing there job very well. But one of your staff member lady with glasses on she was so rude .i think she needs more customer service training.
