Very disappointed and confused by staff in Havant .Trying to book appt for elderly parent ,told 3 different reasons on 3 different phone calls why I can't book !!,when I'd actually been told to phone and make said appt .?Frustrating, they need to get their facts straight ,would make life much simpler.

The worst in the world telling people what then do with them money I can't see why people charge bank account the manager talk down to you like and it's like being back at school I won't be going then again I hope it shuts down soon waste of time

I have been using Nationwide and their branches for more years than I can remember, and 99% of the time, had great service. The HAVANT branch, however, is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Their counter staff are always friendly, patient, positive and professional and go out of their way to help you - indeed they maximise that old expression "going the extra mile". This branch gave me EXCELLENT service when I was having difficulty registering for online banking. The young manager especially gave of his time to walk me through the process in his office! I now know exactly how things work ... many thanks from a grateful 73 year old!

Very nice staff in this small Building Society, but the queues are usually so large to get to the counter, or the customer service desk, and the cash point outside is usually always run out of envelopes to deposit any money into whenever i need it most!
