I was never a true fan of mcdonalds after going to a few that wasn't that great but Sylvia and her team deliver excellent customer service and the food is always excellent quality that good that I am finding myself going 3 or 4 times a week the team love their job which shows by the service and the quality of their food they produce and to asked by the young female member of staff if our order was OK is top notch ... very impressed by far the best mcdonalds in the area that good I travel from whiteley to eat there well done to the team see you soon ... very soon

No point ordering food. They forgot a burger and all the drinks for 5 people. Oh and the sauces. Basically if you want a mouth dryer than the desert and a hungry grandad go here.

DON'T EVEN GO HERE!!! the order was wrong the food is cold and the service is so rude!!
Better off going next door to KFC at least you won't have diarrhea through the night with food poisoning from this awful place and to top it off the staff don't seem to change out of own clothes when smoking just in and out of the kitchen pretty grim place!!!

This place is getting worse. Waiting over half an hour for food and they lost my order. On a plus note food hot which makes a change.

Ordered 2x grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap meals and 2x crispy smokehouse meals and a plain burger for pooch.
What we got was 2x crispy chicken wrap meals even though the boxes said grilled and only one crispy smokehouse burger.
Absolute shambles up there I even had to wait 15 minutes for them to still get it wrong.
Didn?t bother to go back for the other burger just won?t be using them again as this isn?t the first time. Disappointing really!

Don't order delivery from here you won't get what you ordered you will get a happy meal.ordered twice from here both times happy meals won't be ordering again,and if you send email they tell you to nothing happens.
