Moved cos NatWest is closing. I don't have photo ID as I can't drive or travel. Lloyds are using a new system to simplify banking so used my NatWest account as ID proof which is genius!
Mobile app is brilliant.
Staff are helpful n there are enough staff that waiting isn't too long if you are popping in with a query etc.
I had to wait couple of weeks to transfer accounts but that's not a problem.

Even though there were no other customers, the staff was very free but had no helpful attitude. Especially middle-aged women with short, curly yellow hair.

My appointment with Donna Dugan at the Havant branch was handled with great respect and understanding. I was having to close our joint account on the passing of my wife of 40 years. Donna was very helpful and understanding throughout and could not do enough to help me sort out my finances. She is a star.

Been with Lloyds for years. Staff always helpful and lovely. I'm an absolute nightmare with my finances, forgetting passwords and with losing things, staff have been very patient, helpful and kind at all times whether in branch or contacting telephone services, highly recommended!!!

Would have to be the worst experience I have ever had. Since the death of my mother (over 2 months ago)they have been a nightmare to deal with and now having to go legal to close her accounts and deposit the funds. One star is very over rated.

Pretty bog standard really. Nothing special to write home about.
I do really like my bank account though. Save the change is a really good feature to have to help me save. They also frequently do everyday offers at 5 guys which makes it even better to go!

opened an account for my grandson today and the staff member.. Shainie(?) was 100% amazing.. you seriously need to hang onto this staff member. she made us both feel very valued. She was so professional.. but light hearted with my teenage grandson. .
