best garage ...like they used to be. actually care for the customer and not just the money. they always try to fit you in and happy to talk through everything. really welcoming and definitely go the extra mile to help. even when busy. absolutely brilliant spoken to 3 different men there this week and all were just as lovely.

Great service when I called up and asked to come in earlier then booked.
The person that dealt with me was friendly. He helped to replace a trye which I thought might be a repair. Do recommend the store and staff

I went to wiki fit Havant to fill my air con as it stopped working.
I had a feeling the problem was more nefarious than a simple refill but I was told it was a good place to start by a mechanic friend.
I was told by kwik fit that all they could do was a refil, that was as far as they could take it and to their credit, they spent an hour trying to get it to work but it was out of their remit of works.
They charged me nothing to which I was surprised and even though I went away with a hot van with no ac, I was happy with their honesty as I know some places would still charge regardless.

Managers attitude is shocking. Sarcastic and dismissive. If you replace tyres and break a TPM sensor at least acknowledge the issue and not roll your eyes and make out the customer is the problem. When asked if I could complain about the service I got ?oh one of those ?
I can understand issues happen but to roll your eyes. Call everyone Mate and overheard the tech that did actually fix the issue by replacing the TPM sensor they damaged the manager then tells him to just get rid of me was a bit of an eye opener.
To top it off telling a customer that had work done the day before they can?t look at the issue they caused a woman walks in with an issue and they can look at that issue straight away ??
As a business a lady is not called Love
It?s either her name or, Mrs or Miss ?name?
Males are called by their name. Sir or Mr Surname. Not alright mate.

Dan the Assistant Manager helped me here over the last few days with some queries I had with my Motorhome, he gave of his time & knowledge & was patient & didn't mind when I needed to change my appointment & he jacked up my truck & thoroughly checked a tyre which I thought had a slow puncture but apparently he concluded it didn't, he explained what is likely the problem & gave advice. The men here have always been very kind & helpful, nice, smiley, pleasant & friendly whenever I've been here before. Thank you for being so good and neighbourly as well in the local community

Really happy. Woke up on bank holiday Monday with a flat tyre and needed the car in the afternoon. Gave Kwik Fit Havant a call and they got me an appointment within a few hours. Popped over with the car and it was all fixed within about 30 minutes. Very good service, will come back if I have any issues in the future

Called in without an appointment due to an earlier puncture. Unable to get an immediate appointment but a technician checked all my levels allowing me to reset the low pressure warnings so that I could drive on with caution to get me home. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Booked a tyre check online on Sunday evening and was all done by 8.45 on Monday. Very efficient.
