We were seen by Bethany today but all the staff stayed late to ensure that we got our holiday to Benidorm booked. ?The holiday we looked at earlier had gone fully booked.So we booked our holiday, insurance and purple ? parking ?? in one painless visit.Friendly staff.Clean office.Efficient bookings.And it was raining ?? outside just to make it more appealing.

Popped in on Saturday to book a holiday. 1 member of staff was with someone at the computer and the other at the currency desk with someone. We waited 10-15 minutes and nobody else came out. Eventually left and walked 2 minutes up the road to TUI. Holiday booked within 20 minutes and left. I'm sure if we had seen someone or been acknowledged then it would have been 5 stars.
