Eleanor was so helpful serving us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and even offered us a drink. She helped with the sleepmatch and gave me a pillow to use and try different mattresses. She was so patient. Excellent customer service!

Your bed expert Janet was excellent. She was friendly and helpful, greeted me and offered me a drink. I was offered a session on the sleepmatch machine and then a number of beds and pillows to try. There was no sales pressure, which would have put me right off!
I only went in to have a look at the beds, but ended up buying one, which I?m currently awaiting.
Altogether an excellent experience.

I didn't go to the store but the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable about the product range as her father had found the item extremely comfortable when he needed it, I won't give the ladies name but I am sure you can get it from my order, very good value and product.

Eleanor made our mattress shopping experience so simple and straightforward, stress free and seamless! She came over and greeted us the minute we walked in the door, offered us a hot drink and then explained the sleep match procedure to us. The sales assistant helped me from the start to finish, I purchased a mattress, and she sold me insurance and mattress protector at great price, I felt that she cared for her customers and was nice having a personal touch compared to online purchases
