We ordered to eat in just before closing time then at the counter was told we would have to take it away. We were the only people there so why did the staff not say something when we were at the ordering machine? Bit annoying

Not many members of staff, rubbish on every table, every bin overflowing and no toilet roll in the ladies. Food was all fast food burger kings.

Me and my partner came in today to collect food went through the drive-through was waiting about 20 minutes behind somebody else. I think the person in front of me was a driver for a delivery and they quickly two at the horn after waiting when no one coming to the window from what we could hear the worker was extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. You can?t expect somebody to sit out the window for 20 minutes and get annoyed. They took the horn to raise awareness. Regardless swearing at a member of the public is disgusting will not be coming here again my wife wanted a refund

I ordered from the gourmet kings menu through just eat and they kept me waiting over two hours before cancelling my order with no explanation.

Atmosphere zero because it was filthy and freezing cold in there. Service zero stars as couldn't be bothered to bring the order over even though we were the only customers currently there and about seven staff behind the counter. Food two stars as we put off because of the food bits all over the restaurant floor.

This branch is always freezing cold in the winter. The staff admit this is a local decision to not have the heating on which greatly affects the atmosphere (I guess the franchise holders) but today the bread was stale and the food was cold. The staff were defensive and dismissive. Awful experience and it?s not like it?s even cheap.

My burger had a bone in it, it looked like a tooth!!! I've always preferred Burger King to Mc Donald's and the staff were super attentive, however, I can honestly say I've never found a bone/tooth, in a burger at Mc. Donald's!!

Fast food? 7pm, waited 20mins for Bacon dbl cheese xl meal. Something wrong. 4 ppl serving I could only see ONE person cooking burgers.

This is the worst meal I have had in over 25 years of eating at Burger King. The bacon was so badly cooked if at all I left the bacon out the meal. You have to order via a screen which is not easy to use and the staff are not at all interested. We will not be going there again.
