Visited for coffee and cake. Discovered a long hair in my cake. Returned to counter. Waitress said, "Nobody wants that." She spoke to manager who was out of sight. He appeared, made no eye contact, no apology, and gave money back.

You pick up your tray and order your drinks and food you are giving a number for the pay and go and find a table. Staff are very helpful and always cleaning tables what is very nice is that knife and forks are very clean food is very good

Nice place to stop and have a cuppa and the Jacket potatoes are ? Yum, I gave a 3 for Atmosphere, as really there isn't any, but it's a nice place. I don't drink tea I drink Latte but of late the Latte is very strong, too strong for me but hey ho I just have a cold drink no probs.
