Recently had gp prescription electronically sent to Boots and it took 3 DAYS painkillers were ready!Totally dreadful customer services, staff either abrupt, overwhelmed or dont give a damn.If it wasn't for the convenient opening times l would boycott Boots at Bosmere!

Friendly Staff sometimes seems to be a bit overwelmed and its tiny inside and with safe distance recommendations still in place, there isn't alot of room to wait for prescriptions.

The phone just rings and rings and rings and then they cut you off. It’s no wonder they’re closing branches awful. Being too busy doesn’t cut it for me they obviously need more staff and especially someone to answer the phone!!!
