I placed an order through B&Q but it has not been delivered for the past 4 days. When the delivery vehicle first arrived, the driver claimed he couldn't enter the street and left without completing the delivery.
The following day, I tried to coordinate a new delivery time with the driver, but he refused to help and hung up the phone. I contacted customer service, and they scheduled a new delivery appointment ? I even received a confirmation message. However, no one showed up on the appointed day.
When I contacted customer service again, instead of providing a proper solution, they pressured me to cancel the order. I clearly stated that I did not want to cancel and that the road in front of my shop is accessible until 10:00 AM, after 4:00 PM, or anytime on Sundays. Despite this, they failed to offer any alternative other than cancellation.
This experience has caused me not only a significant loss of time but also a loss of business. Throughout the entire process, no effort was made to support or assist me as a customer. The handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
This incident has severely damaged my trust in your brand. I request that appropriate action be taken, that my grievance be resolved, and that I receive an official response regarding this matter. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue through legal means, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Firstly. Darren the manager is just the rudest person on earth. Not to mention how they lied about trapped birds on their roof. Over 5 days of gulls trapped in this heat. Lied about getting pest control to release them. Boycott them

Kayla at the paint mixing station was fantastic with our son today. She allowed him to press the buttons and do the scanning and he was fascinated by it all! What she didn't realise was that he had just moved home and was finding things a bit tough. Thank you for making his day and making things a bit more exciting for him! Brilliant customer service!

incompetence at its finest! There was absolutely no point of asking any of the staff for help on what we were looking for. When we did decide to ask, they had absolutely no clue and we're incredibly rude. Never ever ever again!!
