Drove in for two minutes to pick someone up after the store had closed, and apparently that's now cause for a £100 parking fine. Absolutely disgusting practice from asda, and won't be using any of their stores again.
Apparently this is not uncommon across all UK asda sites, would recommend caution to anyone using their car parks or stores!

I went there one night to put air in my tyres after work. There was a hole very far up on the hose but you wouldn?t see it until you pulled it out relatively far. My tyre went flat so I went up there to ask then to help me because I wasn?t going to change a perfectly good tyre. The guy that I spoke to was not helpful at all and when the night manager came over he was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. He didn?t really care and all he said was ?why are you putting air in your tyres?? Treating me like an idiot. Thankfully the security man actually helped me out and my tyre got fixed in no time. Staff are just rude, useless and inconsiderate.

Asda try putting closing times on your website for the changing rooms!!! spent nearly an hour gathering clothes together to try on, only to get to the back of the shop to find the changing rooms closed. If there had been a time on the website, I would not have bothered driving nearly 30 miles??

This is a really decent ASDA, it's large, plenty of stock, lots of services available and a great location just off the main roads. Lots of parking and staff are very friendly here, even saying good morning when you are walking around. This store does need a refurbishment though, it's looking on the tired side but still very decent.

I was verry dissapointed today with the lady from the pharmacy it was my first time picking up a prescription from there but never again.The lady from the pharmacy show it verry obviously that she don't really like foreigners,her face and the tone of her voice said it all.I don't understand really why all this ?are we not human because we are foreigners or what?why some people should be like this i don't understand....it's just verry sad.

Very disappointed about ASDA at Havant. We got the voucher for £10 off, when you spent £35. We waste about 2 hours for nothing. Was around 11pm. And ASDA stuff was so useless, that it can't help me with the issue with the voucher. So we spent more than £60 and the voucher didn't work. When we asked about help from a member of staff, they couldn't help. Just said to pay the full amount and come tomorrow morning to resolve the issue or call the customer service. It's completely a joke. I need to waste my time for what? In Tesco, for example , the members of staff resolve the similar issues at the till. Without any problems. So I leave the ASDA without my shopping and let them know, that it will be the last time, when I was here. So ASDA loses not only me, like a customer, but my whole family and many my friends.

Horrific experience trying to do ASDA George return to this store. The QR code and return number generated online didn't work. The return had to be done manually by staff but when I checked the return email I only received a refund for 2 items when 3 had been returned. I am so disappointed in ASDA!

Two staff members stood around giving back massages to each other while it?s really busy and people waiting for assistance. Both females wearing glasses. Talk about unprofessional and pointless them coming in if they just going to stand around massaging each other. And staff moaning that?s there?s to many people there and shouldn?t be allowed

The pharmacy has no care for patients. I recommend you never use the pharmacy first process here, as they dont actually know what it is regardless of the leaflets in front of them. Never using the pharmacy here again.
