Super cramped and full of noisy middle aged men swearing at the racing results with all the comfort of a 16th century inn, so the proprietors thought you know all these great features means we should probably boost the price of a beer to £5.80 a pint (kronenberg)

Excellent crispy chicken and cheddar sandwiches. Masses of it. Good prices. Roaring fire.Vegetarian options: Spicy vegetable and chick pea soup. My mother said it was absolutely gorgeous.
