Really dirty tables customers were cleaning own tables dirty cups everywhere. Staff hardly ever smile ,counter wet could do with clean. People been complaining for years it's a wonder it will closed down one day.

Not great coffee, so long it's almost water. Unfriendly staff who refuse cash. The air conditioning was on full blast even though it was 17°C outside, it was unbearable

Supposed to shut at 6 but this costa shuts whenever the staff feel like it, they don?t warn you either that they?re shutting at per se 4p.m. Just serve you then come let you know you?ll need drink up and get lost, unscrupulous staff with wooden service! I wouldn?t think twice about sacking shaggy daggy doo?s counterpart! About as friendly the taliban. Big let at least thrice now when I?ve been here, glad I foresaw not buying food this time, il try and avoid in future! Hopefully we?ll get a coffee no.1 at some point so we can have a coffee shop that actually sells premium coffee for the premium price your paying

I like to give credit where due, majority of cases review only when at the two extremes, positive and negative.Possibly one of the messiest and unclean Costa I?ve been to outside of central London.The staff need a serious ?cheer up? conversation by some sort of management, there don?t seem to be any present . A smile, simple and genuine acknowledgment of a customer waiting with a ?hello? and ?sorry to keep you? would go a huge way for customers to feel appreciated especially with eye contact.Costa charging just short of £10 for the drink and wrap could be ignored if the experience had been on point.

The coffee is as expected from a large chain. Costa is my coffee shop of choice and this one suits my journey some days. The staff here are very helpful and the guest areas are always clean and comfortable.
