Ordered some wood and arranged delivery for Wednesday morning. Got a text early Tuesday afternoon saying wood being delivered within 30 mins. Then got a call from Dan (driver) saying at my house. I explained it was a day early and I was on my way to Guildford. He said he could still deliver it and where would I like it left. Said just leave on drive wherever was easiest for him. I came back home some 5 hours later to find wood neatly stacked at side of drive, leaving me total access to my drive. Thank you Dan and thank you Travis Perkins. Outstanding customer service

Not at all happy ordered 2 ton 20ml stones driver left at car park on our site instead of at our home came back next day and told us that they could not deliver to our house even though less than a year ago they delivered 5 ton to our house Driver said he as couldn?t get lorry down to us so not happy bunny had to hire a vehicle and my husband picked order up himself so they say free delivery yes it is free but it cost us to hire a truck an no apologies

Can fault these guys! Normally two girls going into a timber yard, we feel a little intimidated but Dec and Cameron were super helpful, sorted everything with needed and reassured us that anytime we needed to come back they could help us with whatever we needed.
