Had a great experience in your Gosport branch today. I went in for a replacement lipliner from NYX but discovered it was no longer available. A lovely friendly and helpful assistant I think called Safrron helped me track down after looking at many other makes one that was as close as it gets to original. She was very patient.

Went to the store today to buy my partner some Christmas presents and like a typical lad I had no clue about perfumes or make up.
Jess at the till was amazing helping me choose the perfect gifts. Couldn't have been better customer service.
