During lockdown i had to use this shop. I wasn't wearing a mask but a shrood ( which is like a neck tube pulled up over my mouth and nose ) Only it had slipped down a bit so wasn't over my nose and i had arms full of shopping so couldn't pull it up. While walking to the checkout the lady behind the counter shouted "MASK" I know we're all going through tough times but these rules really do bring out the worst in people. I've sinse talked to this lady and she's been fine ever since. Which just highlights what i've said really.

Incredible experience just now! When my wife gets insulted by ?Natalie? for being short, actually referred to as ?poison dwarf?, it makes you wonder why she?s still employed. Despicable member of staff and incredibly rude mannerism whilst at the tills, avoid this place!

Don?t bother, got shouted ?on lunch? from the back of the store. I get the times are tough and people are short staffed. But just put a sign up. Rather than just shouting that you aren?t going to get served for another 40 mins.

Rude woman in the shop this morning. Not from the area but went in on my way through.Asked for specific item to be told, no and even if we did we wouldn't serve you because you don't have a mask. Okay then, but I am exempt. It don't matter we won't serve you. OK, so off I went to the best one up the road and was served no problems and the staff were absolutely lovely, accommodating and friendly.Awful customer service here.
