I stopped off yesterday for air in my tyres, I tapped my card, the machine took air out of my tyres, so even lower, the machine said to pay, so tapped my card again, still nothing, ended up putting in coins, still only taking air out... Went to the other air machine, as by now not safe to drive. Caused a big que, went into the shop to complain, that it wasn't working and that I had spent £6 on air...the lady was so rude told me to call the number on the machine, it wasn't her problem!! There wasn't a number!! One of the people waiting to use the machine had gone in whilst waiting to be told it had been repaired in the morning!! So it obviously hadn't been repaired. Rude and clearly doesn't care

I use the garage in the early morning and the lady serving is perfectly fine. Nobody is perky that early so come on people get over yourselves.

Very poor service I need a gas bottle. Was told don't have any! Without even looking at me. I checked Cage, there are 16 in stock. I went back in and told that very politely and was told I don?t do gas bottle before 10am.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Have had issues on two separate occasions now when trying to return Amazon parcels. First time they were very rude to my eleven year old daughter who was dropping for me and most recently fed me some nonsense about not being able to help be after 6pm. My grandfather worked for Shell for years and I used to by fuel here and use the car wash but won?t be any longer.

Disgusting member of staff, rude and aggressive. When I complained at the till I was told that the member of staff is actually the Manager. I politely asked her to move a shopping trolley so I could get by to pay for my petrol. She was filling the fridge with bottles from the trolley. She ignored me so a moved it out of the way to get by and when I tried to put it back she snatched it back and blocked my way again. Whatever your name is darling, you need anger management and courtesy training and need to respect your regular customers. Disgusting and disgraceful. If you don't like what you do then bugger off and work somewhere else.

Friendly staff, easy to fill up during this difficult time by using the app to pay at the pump and good location. Brilliant range of refreshments and food and bonus getting the points on the loyalty scheme for money off petrol and other bonuses.

Always good service and living nearby I'm pleased it is open 24hrs as I'm often home from work late. Very handy too if I need essentials like milk or bread.

Staff always great, recently had the new pumps. Don't come here because of price, but it's reasonable.
