Staff are good, friendly. Can't fault them.But the hours are awful. Why does it close at 3? Why not 5? And closing at noon on saturday makes it even harder to go to if you can't go during the week.

Try phoning local branch... useless! just tells you to go to website, why publish phone number if you can't ring them?
