Good stay here. Convenient for what I needed. Had a good carvery meal in the pub next door on the Sunday that I stayed, The Sailmaker. Retail park across the road, including McDonald's and M&S Foodhall. Breakfast staff Josh and Charlene were really efficient, friendly and helpful. B
The breakfast was great. What more could you ask for at a good value price??

We used this hotel as a touring base and were delighted at how convenient it was. Portsmouth is only a seven-minute crossing upon the Gosport Ferry (foot passengers only) which is only three miles from the hotel. If one is prepared to walk about five minutes to/from the terminal, there is plenty of free, unrestricted parking in side streets. We used the ferry for an onward cruise to the Isle of Wight. The hotel is opposite a retail shopping park and within a short drive of amazing little corners of Portsmouth Harbour with much to explore - including fascinating old wrecked boats. The staff at the hotel could not be more friendly and welcoming. The free WI-FI can be slow at times but never actually went down during our six-night stay. The huge car park is free. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent breakfast cooked by Lee, servers were really helpful, especially Sophie who helped with advice on the dockyard. Very nice comfortable hotel.

Room was average, standard for a standard price. I do recommend bringing your own toiletries as shampoo and body wash provided is 2-in-1 and not the best quality. But the service was top notch. The breakfast provided was lovely, worth the money you pay for it. Also, the hotel manager Irita was a delight and constantly checked in on us throughout the stay!

As others said, outside shabby, plenty of parking. Staff were lovely and efficient. Windows don't open which can feel claustrophobic but some rooms air conditioning worked whilst one didn't. It does what it should but expensive for what it does compared to other options.

It was amazing I even got a birthday present on my birthday. Extremely nice staff, you can ask to get your room clean as many times as you want, and is always greated with a smile and a nice good morning and good night. It has a Starbucks next to it and ice skating and leisure centre and lots other shops such as m&s food ,home bargain, macdonalds, lidi.

We popped in on the off chance of breakfast and it was great.. very busy little place but the staff were attentive and made sure we were well looked after especially Charlene who went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed

When visiting family and friends in the UK I always enjoy staying at this Premier Inn. Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent? they even make me feel at home with the country music! Highly recommend this place
