Bought a suit another store (not new look) but the suit still had a anti theft tag on it, after speaking to the kind staff at the counter and showing them the receipt for proof of purchase they offered to help remove the tag saving hours of hastle returning to the original shop.Many thanks Karen!

Very good shop. Although I don't regularly shop at New Look, it is genrally quite convenient being based on he high street. Vast selection of clothing and staff are usually very helpful.
