I've only ordered for delivery twice. First time was fine, burger was missing it's bun but after waiting so long we didn't care enough to contact the restaurant. Second time, I've just waited over two hours for my food. Stone cold. Missing items. Rude and unhelpful staff on the phone. Whilst I appreciate it's a busy Friday night at the very least an apology would have been nice.

Every time get delivery the food is called and most things are missing like for instance a whole meal and 2 drinks good job I?m an adult and can go without unlike the kids

Really isn't the best macdonalds I've ever been to.
Staff seem happy to keep customers waiting. Food is cold more often than not, and my orders tend to be incorrect.
I've stopped using the drive through so I can check everything is correct
Must say won't use this maccys again til it all improves

Over an hour from ordering food still being prepared!!!! Given them another chance after last order was messed up with food missing. Such a poor service from this popular chain

When you order at a drive through you don?t expect to be asked to wait in the car park for your order, especially for an extended period of time.
This is the slowest McDonald?s I?ve ever experienced regardless of how you order. Orders are often incorrect too.
I assume they?re taking more delivery orders than their kitchen can reasonably handle which delays everyone who comes to the restaurant. Really feels like they?re maximising profits at the expense of customer experience.

I have been sat here over an hour and a half waiting for my delivery yet the time just keeps going up and up. I've not eaten all day, thought if treat myself this is beyond riduclous and when you phone them to try and ask what's going on they won't even answer the phone. this is disgraceful!

Absolutely shocking.anager was shouting at the staff to focus as we walked in, and it was easy to see why. Very long queues, lad who was meant to be handing out the orders was chatting to his mates and the food was going cold. Drive thru was rammed and very very slow. Will never go there again.
