Excellent service and outstanding food. All hot and very tasty. I love the buffet style as it allows you try try new dishes and every one was delicious. Friendly attentive staff and a lovely meal with a lovely view of the spinnaker. My favourite Chinese restaurant!

Went for a meal out here with my partner and his grandma today. Really lovely place you can choose from all you can eat buffet where you order as you go and a menu. Prices are what to expect for a chines meal out. We went with the buffet option and there was sooo much to choose from. Portions are small (apart of the duck pancakes option that was huge) but that?s great because you can try more things and you can always order more of the same thing. Definitely can confirm we didn?t leave hungry and it?s a great option if you want to try a little bit of everything.
10/10 would recommend for a date night or a family day out.

Shame, this restaurant seems to of lost its way! Food okay
Portions small for a example we ordered the garlic mushrooms and we were presented with a half of a mushroom!!!
The Duck would be better served and shredded at the table, duck not very crispy or tasty.
We ordered five rice and we got three small bowls.
Noodles were good and plentiful.
Service wise big shout to Jess who was attentive and very polite.
We visit at least twice a year, a real shame. ?

First time going there. Absolutely loved it. The food was cook beautifully and was hot.the service was excellent. And they did not rush you on ordering. The staff are very helpful if not sure what to have. Highly recommended.

Very attentive and friendly staff, lovely food! Kung paw prawns were a favourite, very tasty sauce. We did the £28.95 pp all you can eat, portion sizes were just right, not too much as I?m not a big eater, but can order extra if needed. Shame we don?t live nearby, we?re passing through for the Isle of Wight takeover, as would definitely become regulars! Probably the best Chinese we?ve ever had! Would 100% recommend to anyone

given two hours to eat food,,standards here have gone down hill badly ,..so much salt on the food ,very basic wines to choose from and beers and if you want a rose wine forget it..worst place to eat ever

Great evening spent at the Great Wall. It was very busy but food came out hot and quickly. Staff were very polite and attentive. Big variety of food and lots of vegetarian options as well. We will be back.

I love the food at the Great Wall. I've eaten there multiple times over the years. The food is always great, the service is quick and courteous. This time, I was with a group of 40 people and they made serving us look effortless. Hats off to all the staff. Thank you.Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian. The menu has vegetarian items in each section [starter, main etc] but not a huge number. This time there were no tufu dishes which I missed.Parking: It's a few hundred yards walk but there's free parking alongside Forton Road
