Normally the weekend Staff are young, polite & helpful...
Which is in complete contrast to the week day, middle age Staff that are Grumpy, unhelpful & basically a pain to deal with...
Imagine my horror on a Saturday afternoon to go in to find:
It's the Grumpy Brigade of the week day workers running the shop...

Usually the service is excellent and would merit a higher star rating...
But today a middle aged staff member seemed to be on a 'Checkout' speed trial...
Anything was Shaken, then Banged down on the counter...
As for any kind of pleasantries, there weren't any...
This is a shame as most (all) of the younger staff members are welcoming and polite...

Clean and quiet place to shop, I leave near by and do shopping and pick up my parcel from TEMU there . Staffs very polite, helpful and friendly, keep it up guys,

The uncooperative Co-Op. Not all the staff are unprofessional but two in particular, both middle aged female members can appear quite rude and hypersensitive.

Staff are obnoxious,rude and have no customer skills.Shelves are often out of stock and special offers unavailable.Better off driving to nearest Tesco,Asda of Morrisons

My Wife and I have used this store exclusively since late March 2020 and we are really impressed with the staff who are always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Outstanding Customer service. We will not go back to using bigger stores.

Staff are always helpful.. however some of the younger staff aren't so welcoming ...Emma...bit grumpy, Charlotte very grumpy. Other's very good

My favourite co-op and has been for a long time. However recently one staff is letting the whole team down with her constant rudeness. Everytime myself and my mother visit and asks any questions about any products her responses shows that she does not care about customers.
