Yesterday I bought 2 controllers for my sons old xbox 360 when purchasing them I mentioned they are very dirty and should probably have had a proper clean before they put up to display the reply was you should see the conditions they come in...very unprofessional...When got home I started cleaning them after 20 min they looked as brand new only then to put the batteries on to realise that they were not working properly boths of them..Next day I come in store to get a refund and I was told that will take about 10 minutes to test them to see what's the fault...I waited because I had no option but they should be testing before they sell it out not when the customers brings it back due to not being working properly overall I spent time cleaning them only to bringing them back and aswell I had to wait so they were tested ? very unprofessional system.. recommend getting your acts straight guys..

I took something in to exchange for cash. Staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had. Plenty of bargains to be had, some competitive prices compared to ebay.

Used CEX exchange centre several times .Always found the Gosport one friendly and helpful ..Have bought ipads and phones and games and accessories from them ..always been good value ..Peace of mind with up to 24 month warranty as well :)

Went to exchange a CPU with them but they refused to even look at it because...and I quote "it's covered in thermal paste". Well it wasn't covered but maybe a tiny amount as the photos show. Company policy!! Jobsworths.

Can?t fault the actual transaction as managed to exchange unwanted games and appliances for a bit of extra cash. However I have never seen a woman that ugly in both appearance and personality, the stench was bad enough let alone her extreme misery and rudeness. She made it apparent that she dislikes her job and provided abysmal service. It felt like she wanted customers to leave the store as soon as possible to avoid having to do any work, which made me feel unwelcome. Hygiene and manner training would be appropriate as never any need to be rude to customers.

This 2/10 looking rude woman gave me an extremely lowball offer (compared to the website) for my games and items in great condition and then was extremely smug and had pleasure about not accepting stuff. Disgusting woman whose lack of professionalism and friendliness will make me never step in the store again and I?m sure other customers would be put off if they received the same treatment. Was very polite myself but unfortunately they couldn?t reciprocate the mutual respect.

Shop wasn't open at 9am like it was supposed to be, a member of staff came out and explained his other team member hadn't turned up for his shift and he couldn't be alone and open the shop. Not his fault, however, this isnt the first time and the staff were quite rude when I returned. I think they under cut you on price considering they sell your item for more than double what they give you for items.

My god the customer service is appalling! The worst I've ever experienced. 4 members of staff no one acknowledged our existence (the basics of customer service) after about 3 minutes stood infront of them, We asked if anyone was serving, one guy who was sorting out cables said he will in a minute, another couple of minutes pass when we point out this is ridiculous, surely to keep customers returning you need to serve them. Good luck to your company with such usless staff your going to need it!
