I usually come here and it?s always been good but the last 2-3 times, seems there?s been a change in staff and it?s taken an hour for them to clean a small fiat, 2 of the guys kept stopping to sit on their phones.. as well as they soaked all my driving documents inside the car and left all green liquid in the cup space, So not great ??

I gave these guys a 5 star Rating because they know what they're doing and you literally get VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY. Hands down the best hand car wash in Gosport and I'll say portsmouth aswell. Top service, customer service and interaction.

Used this car wash for years and they've been pretty good, but lately they have been getting worse at cleaning my car. Today was the last straw. Over charged, car still dirty, windscreen very badly smeared inside. Absolutely won't be using this car wash again. ?.
UPDATE: I was there lunchtime. I wasn't aware the time of my arriving dictated the quality of service.

Absolutely awful, car still not clean and had to go home do it myself even though I told then the windows weren't done the dash not clean. Worst car wash I've been to.
