Don?t plan a Post Office visit im Four Marks if you are short on time! Poorly trained staff, no idea what customer service means - shouting and joking between aisles while queues are piled up with disgruntled customers. I wish we had a PO alternative because going in here drains my joy. Surely the Co-Op can do better?!

Generally a good shop for the essentials, but overheard some absolutely disgraceful language being used by members of staff whilst talking about other communities around the country.

Witnessed compassion and kindness from 2 of your ladies today on the shop floor. One of them later went on to serve me and on the receipt I saw her name was Claire, sorry don?t know the name of the other lady. They were helping a lovely older gentleman in a wheelchair with his shopping and I just thought how lovely they were to care and take their time with him. Helping him choose a cake was a highlight for me, I don?t know the gentleman but thank you. Claire, who served me was very pleasant and chatty, I have anxiety and normally find shops stressful but I walked out feeling happy and infected by her smile and good humour! Top class customer service

Good little store, nice polite ladies on the tills smiling as they serve you.Price of items much higher than other stores.

selection is lacking but the fresh food at the back is very tasty. post office bit slow sometimes and overall a little pricey, otherwise good store and right outside is the bus stop :)

Very organised with good staff but must be experiencing supply chain issues as a lot of missing bits all of the time it seems. Not the actual stores fault I guess but frustrating none the less.
