No one at the counter, no customer service

Went in to buy diesel and use the toilet. Hand drier doesn?t work, and the toilets aren?t cleaned regularly. Incompetent staff, with no doubt an equally incompetent manager. Disgusting.

I went in after paying for diesel and said i was charged without getting the diesel and was told its definitely put the diesel in there. I went to the next pump and when I went in to pay the second time I asked why one pump says minimum 5 and another minimum 2 (trying to figure out why the diesel didnt go in the firsr time), and was just told it must be my car. Nobody cared to actually check the diesel pumps. Again the second time, no diesel. I continued my journey hoping they were right and the car hadn't registered it but decided that was too risky on such a long journey so stopped at another garage and paid for diesel and it actually went into my tank. It wasn't my car, I was charged for diesel that obviously wasn't working and rather than acknowledge the problem was gaslit and did not receive a refund. Atleast it was only a small amount on diesel and not the charge for an emergency mechanic when there was zero issue with my car.

Last 10 day I have visit this place 2 times , and bathroom still not fix . This is the only petrol station available in the area. Million pound business Cant even fix bathrooms??

A strange consortium of 5 businesses listed at this geographical hotspot. A puzzle, mystery and often dysfunctional multi-multi-national tangle of identities disguised as a "petrol station", it's neither nor either. As a fuel stop it succeeds but the second and third reasons for visiting it often fails, the toilets remind me of an Argentinian sewage works run by a 1970s UK Leyland union agitator, when they're not on strike of course.
It serves a fine cup of Joe and the staff are nice, great range of grub n booze and can be a proper scrum when really busy but when the bogs don't work or are flooded with pee and soggy bog rolls splattered all over, it rags me right off. Spend short of £80 each time yet can't "spend a penny" ??
Where does responsibility fall? Wild bean cafe? M&S BP? M&S food hall? BP? M&S kebabs? Five global giants can't keep a single torpedo tube ready to fire? ...drop the ballast ...chop a log, ....lay a cable, ...fire the cannon, do a Scooby, chunda or squirt?
People of Earth...please!

Very erratic opening times
States open at 6am but frequently still closed after 6:30am
Fortunately there is a Shell 5 mins down the road.

We came from a long way, got fuel and wanted to use the sink, they say it's broken, they always lock it as it's faulty.

Lady at the cashier was very rude also whilst she made my coffee she poked her mouth with her finger. Very disappointing.

If you love to pay some money to be treated unfairly make sure you stop here, trying to order a coffee was so much aggravation, the staff were rude apart from one of the ladies, and as for the ginger guy with the beard (I think he was the manager) he just kept giving me the dirty look. Not going to stop here ever again and I suggest no one else does.
