Fabulous campsite in a beautiful situation. Spacious and great facilities. We forgot our tent poles and the staff Rebecca and Owen could not have been more helpful in assisting up with erecting a makeshift awning to sleep under. Could not fault the place.Nearby activities: Swimming in the riverWalkability: Lots of lovely new forest trailsFood & drinks: Great pizza bar in the evening

As very close neighbours living next to Harry's Meadow ,we found the camp management exceptional they have kept us informed of events from day one.We have enjoyed the sound of happy children playing, families having fun .No late night noise from the on site bar.We have had nothing but polite good mornings whilst walking our dogs through the campers. They have left the field the way they found it completely rubbish free .A credit to all involved .

Absolutely wonderful site to camp, beautiful surroundings, great for families with children so much space to make use of, and safe for the children to ride their bikes around the site giving them the freedom they need to explore on site, set your camper or tentup in your own space home from home. Will certainly visit again.Staff on site very informative of surroundings areas for wild swimming. all staffvery helpful, showers were lovely and clean, staff on site when needed.I cannot praise them enough fortheir hospitality.

Just come back from 6 nights at Harry's Meadow in the New Forest. We had a brilliant time, such a lovely site with a great pub nearby. Eco loos were spotless all week and the showers were brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Returning next year!

Fantastic!. We have had two fabulous weekends at Harry's Meadow this summer. It's a lovely campsite with good facilities, including compostable toilets which were always very clean and nice hot showers. You can choose where you pitch, enjoy a campfire and tuck into a wood fired pizza from the pizza van and a mojito from the cocktail bar. Just a small walk across the meadow you reach the river which is perfect for a spot of wild swimming or kayaking. A lovely country pub, The Horse & Groom is within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we look forward to coming back next year. Well done Jessie and team.

I felt compelled to share what truly lovely campsite Harry's Meadow is. We were well looked after by Harry's grandson - Jessie who was most warm and really added to our ease and the lovely atmosphere of the place. With camping I wanted to avoid a place where we would be stacked up like sardeens, here we where free to choose our unscripted spot and the whole meadow is beautifully located with majestic views over the New Forest. Furthermore, walking distance down the hill was an incredibly beautiful swimming river that evoked images of Wind in the Willows with its beautiful English pastoral scene - loved swimming in the gentle waters which were a life saver in the warm weather. Overall, great views, location (visit the Horse and Hound pub) and large areas if you want space from other campers and great facilities too! Much recommend, thanks for a lovely stay.

A back to basics campsite with the added bonus of the most powerful warm showers I?ve ever used whilst camping, however, these are only available during certain times of the day. Don?t be put off by the Eco friendly compost toilets - completely odor free and kept nice and clean. There?s the added bonus of a lovely view of rolling fields in top part of the left hand field and if your lucky, a beautiful sunset

My daughter and I have just come back from an amazing 5 days at Harry's Meadow. It is a totally chilled site : -super friendly staff (Jesse and Owen especially!); hot showers; clean toilets; lovely communal area with hammocks where you can have a cheeky cider in the evening or a scrummy egg and bacon roll with a coffee in the morning. Location-wise it's fab - so many fun places to get to within 30mins. Highly recommend New Forest Water Park and crabbing at Mudeford Quay.Thank you for providing such a lovely site. We will be back!!

Absolutely fantastic campsite with amazing facilities. We stayed as a large group, with friends hiring one of the Tipis for their family of four and others camping in tents and Campervans. Great onsite food options including a bar serving coffee & alcoholic drinks. We booked for the Pilates session at the large house nearby, couldn't recommend enough! This is a great base for exploring the New Forest, with easy access to the river nearby and nice walks to local pubs. Definitely worth the price.

What an amazing site! The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's in the most beautiful location of the New Forest. We immediately felt relaxed there. So much to do around the area. We took our daughter to Peppa Pig World and Moors Country Park was brilliant. We spent five nights there. Definitely would return. The cocktails, pizzas and breakfast baps were a great bonus.

We are experienced campers who stayed at Harry?s (old) meadow last year. We were a little worried that they had moved location albeit by only a few yards. Our fear were put aside on our arrival. The new meadow is beautiful, massive, flat and we?ll keep. It is in the ideal place to explore the New Forest or just chill in the fantastic scenery with space to spread yourself out. The site is managed by Jessy ably assisted by Matt and a small friendly crew who are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have just returned from a full 7 nights and would highly recommend this site to any wild campers.Thank you Jessy and we will see you again next year.

Just returned from 3 nights camping at Harry's Meadow with my two daughters. Had a very warm welcome from Jessie and his team who couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. It is a massive site either side of what was a tree lined driveway to Hale Place. We found a perfect spot with fantastic view across the valley and stunning sunsets, followed by starry night skies. The facilities are basic but clean and well organised, compost toilets, washing up sinks and fantastic powerful hot showers. You can hire fire pits and buy wood so you can sit round the fire once you have returned from the beer tent which serves local beer and cider?. The pop up on site pizza van serves excellent pizzas for pre order so that was one nights dinner taken care of ! There is also a coffee van serving hot drink and cakes in the mornings. We swam in the River Avon a short walk from the site and cycled and walked during our stay. All in all an excellent few days in perfect surroundings with a laid back atmosphere. Many thanks

Fairly nice campsite. Basic facilities for a typical pop up site like this. On the outskirts of New Forest but fairly close to Salisbury. Fairly flat in places, undulating in others. Perfect for those struggling for a space on other campsites. No showers after 7.No wash basins.Bit cramped when close to capacity.Pretty pricey at £37 per night for two people.Location is rural and well signposted.Horse and Groom is the saving grace.Avon cycleway is also pretty good.
