F&C (New Forest) have assisted in our relocation, completing the purchase of our dream family home in Avon Castle.The move was not straight forward or how we had planned it, our original buyers pulled out which was tough to take as we had found an ideal house & we had our offer accepted.As the chain collapsed it was back to square one as the house we had found simply had to go back onto the market & in a short time period a new buyer came forward & it was sold.James Deamer was understanding about what it meant to us losing the sale, he continued to stay in touch regarding updates on our house sale & keeping us informed on new potential listings.Long story short we eventually found a new buyer for our house in Nottingham coinciding with a house in Avon Castle which we have now purchased & moved into in early December.We have now lived here for almost 4 months and are very happy with our choice of house and area.Special thanks must go to James for his calm considerate demeanour, while also getting a multitude of issues ironed out.We would not hesitate in recommending F&C & James in particular.Leighton

These people flood you with unsolicited unwanted junk mail (By post), sending a repeated cease email to Deamer (MD) and getting assurances that it will stop doesn?t work. If this is how they deal with complaints I?d give them a very wide berth on any property dealings, this is the actions of cowboy real estate people who are on a fishing expedition.
