"I reached out to Dan at Courtwood Autos through his website and WhatsApp to get a quote for one of our company vehicles at Support on the Spot. After inspecting the vehicle, he provided us with a quote. We obtained two other quotes from different companies in Ringwood and one quoted us £330 + VAT, Plus the trim from dealer £146.00 + Vat. The other company, based in Ringwood, sent their quote a week later than agreed upon, and it was a staggering £1,037.50 + VAT, plus trim on top which was £30 more than the dealers list priceI contacted Dan and ask how soon he could fit me in as it was quite urgent. Dropped off on the Monday morning and had the job completed by 10 am on Wednesday. The invoice was sent promptly, the trim was fitted FOC, and the invoice was as he quoted. The level of service provided by Dan was nothing short of impressive. I also noticed that Dan's garage, is very busy with some nice cars he is working on and with his brother, seems to have a thriving business, no doubt due to the competitive and great service they provide.Thank you, Dan, for the remarkable service and for handling our car with such efficiency and honesty.
