When I phoned the pharmacy to request if one of my drugs for my new prescription could be made up using a different manufacturer, the pharmacist said she could arrange that and made a note for future reference. Thank you for being so helpful.

Very efficient, if there are any issues with your medication it is sorted out promptly and efficiently. Ordered medication late Friday afternoon, had message sent Monday evening to say it was ready for collection. Brilliant service 10/10

I have my prescription delivered and should I not hear them for any reason they leave a card and I arrange another a day . Also if all the medication is unavailable they will give what they have and the rest later and always are are polite on the phone .

Every time I go here they are even worse, I think the systems must be bad but nobody explains why you are waiting, today I went to collect an item which I had paid for and had been ordered, it took 15 mins to get money back and the prescription they couldn?t fulfil, very strange situation, I don?t seem to ever be in and out in less than 20mins. I am surprised to see so many great reviews, people have always been waiting ages when I go in.
