Great co-working/hot-desking experience. My business partner and I were meeting someone in the area and found UBC online. With short notice we were given easy booking instructions and access to great facilities at a reasonable price. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We'd definitely come back to UBC if we had business in the area.

The UBC Team in Fleet have always been so welcoming, right from the first time I visited and trialled an office space for half a day, to my moving in. It's great to have a professional work space with really friendly support on hand.I recommend coming for a visit and seeing all the working options available here in Fleet.It's a really warm, professional and supportive vibe here at UBC, I'm so pleased I brought my business here.

We moved into the UBC offices in October 2023 and dealing with Magda and Natalie has been a real pleasure, nothing is too much trouble.From first seeing the office Magda has always been responsive, helpful and pro-active and Natalie is a real asset to the team.We are enjoying being part of the UBC office enviroment and meeting lots of other individuals and companies within the building. The offices are well managed, modern and there is always lots going on if you wish to participate.

Have been using UBC for c. 12 months, mainly to hire office space on a daily basis, and we are very pleased with the venue, facilities and service. Magda is extremely helpful, always happy to cater our requests. The offices have been well sized for our team, clean & tidy. Parking free & easy and close to local amenities. Would highly recommend

I have used the offices at Fleet twice now, just to have a change of location from the home office (Basingstoke). My company office is over 90 minutes away, therefore having an office space closer to home can come in very handy. The team at UBC Fleet are really welcoming, so I would like to say a huge thanks to Magda and Natalie for their excellent hospitality. The office space provided was wonderful. The office was extremely clean, very quiet, bright and with fully working aircon. The facilities in the building itself are also very clean, especially the toilets and kitchen areas which were immaculate. I was able to use the fridge space to keep my packed lunch, and tea and coffee was unlimited.I will definitely be using the space again. I managed to have super productive days on both occasions, so I look forward to returning in the near future. The price is also extremely reasonable, therefore it is a no brainer to return!Once again, big thanks to Magda and the team for helping make my first experiences of UBCUK a positive one! Greg

We have recently moved into the building and not only is the office stunning but Magda and Natalie on reception are so helpful. Their friendly manner puts visitors at ease. Can't recommend UBCUK Fleet highly enough. Will be telling other businesses looking for office space about them.

Having looked at many competitor office providers in Fleet (including Regus), UBCUK in Fleet was a cut above the rest by a mile. It is everything we were looking for to run both our businesses in a lovely environment; and at a very reasonable monthly cost too. The office complex is fresh, modern and spotlessly clean all the time and there is plenty room for our business to expand which is great. The two ladies Magda and Natalie who run things there are also amazing and make all our staff feel very welcoming - nothing is every too much bother for them.

Great working space: clean, spacious and perfect for focusing. Lots of meeting rooms, plenty of free parking in their car park, big kitchen, easily the best office space in the Farnborough/Fleet vicinity! The staff are great too.
