Ordered online for delivery, expected contact from Fleet prior to delivery as per the order confirmation.
No contact whatsoever. Items left on the driveway, we only noticed when looking out the window that delivery had taken place.
Ordered 4 items, 3 of them are not what we ordered, sizes and quality different from order and no communication to explain possibly why this is. With their lack of customer service/care to do the basics - communicate and get things right I can't be bothered to contact them to enquire why the items differ from the order.
Will not use Fleet Travis Perkins again nor recommend

I am not a tradesperson, but nevertheless found this place had what I wanted, reasonably priced and the staff are helpful and friendly. Drive through (almost) is super convenient.
