Rude manager who made me feel as though I was being a nuisance as could not open my app to obtain the offer. When I asked for refund he seemed put out and questioning why I wanted to do this and seemed amazed i was not happy to pay full price. Very patronising plus shop was absolutely freezing! Not great experience.

I visited my local Superdrug store today in Fleet and was physically taken aback when I entered the store at how cold it was.
A very obvious issue with the heating and the poor staff working in the store, looked so deflated with the whole situation.
Everything on the shelves was cold to the touch so this must have been going on for a while already. The air temperature was colder than the outside fresh air - it wasn?t exact warm today either.
When the high-street is dying; Superdrug must be under pressure from competition across all channels, you really must do better not only for your customers but even more so for your lovely staff.
Please can I have a have some reassurance that this is being dealt with? The staff had no idea when it would be resolved - a little compensation for them in recognition of their understating and graciousness with their customer would also go a long way.

Great service @ pharmacy
To address the review below about the pharmacy not having stock, this isn?t their fault at all. As someone who works in this field, there is a National shortage of medications. Maybe brexit is to blame?
This is not the fault of pharmacies as they do not make the drugs neither can they produce them out of thin air if there is a National supply problem. You should Chanel this frustration to your local MP so this issue has any hope of being raised as it?s affecting every pharmacy.

Completely useless and a huge waste of time. Not clear if it is this particular branch or if it is a wider company issue.I booked a flu jab twice now and both times I got it cancelled first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment.The first time there was an additional SMS saying the expected delivery didn't come in the morning "we are really sorry etc.", second time no reason was even given then I called.They said it is already a month they don't manage to get flu jabs deliveries. Once asked for an estimate for when they should get them, they said they didn't know.I then asked why they leave all the booking slots open on the website.They said they know the booking is open and they should instead be closed, so? How are people supposed to know it's just a joke?The booking system has been open for weeks. They know it's not going to happen but they still accept bookings. Even if this is a problem with the main website the staff can always spend 10minutes to book all the slots by themselves making them effectively disappear to the public.At the moment is only a massive waste of time.

Booked a flu jab online twice, appointments cancelled in one case the evening before and in the other case just a few hours before to appointment. Terrible service better to look at a more reliable supplier.
