Absolutely disgusting customer service. First time at Subway so unaware of what you could order. The young girl screamed the answers after being asked to repeat. We could not hear due to the noise and she was wearing a mask. Several questions we asked regarding the order, several times she screamed the answer. Totally humiliating, rude and uncalled for. I would like to locate a phone number to take this further. Pay good money at these rip off motorway service stations.\\nSunday 12 Sept at 1234.

Terrible !!!!! made a large order then given everything loose was asked to pay for a carrier bag for afoot long sandwich. never again plenty of other establishments to choose from at the services

Polite helpful staff, quick service, had to be asked to change gloves to do Veggie sub bit did offer cheese on non-meat side of serving counter. Lots of close places to sit and wide enough aisles to be fully accessible. Cold water available for topping up water bottles.

Next time someone asks for the gloves to be changed... CHANGE THEM, DONT ARGUE! She asked if she had too! Attitude of the service staff behind they counter is disgusting. I'm vegiterian and I watched her use the same gloves for 3 sandwiches. Think of dietary requirements and allergies. Sandwiches are not buch better than the service either.

Good standard of the Subway chain. Polite staff and surroundings clean and pleasant enough.
