Really disappointed. They have introduced screens for ordering which you have to pick an already chosen sandwich and then make amendments to it. You also now cannot see the people making the sandwiches. This takes away from the whole Subway experience of looking at the ingredients on offer and making your own sandwich. When we got home with the sandwiches each one had an issue with either extra or missing ingredients. We?ve always liked this Subway and the staff, service and food quality has been great in the past. We are extremely disappointed with this new refurb and way of doing things. It?s a shame.

New member of staff only started on Thursday but excellent customer service from him.
Unfortunately no manager onsite to give feedback on the new member.

After an exceptionally long day yesterday, my friend and I fancied a subway.He is allergic to gluten, egg and dairy, this makes it difficult to eat out.When entering this store for the first time, we were lucky enough to meet Himmat. His customer service was impeccable. I have never met a subway employee take that much care and attention in their customers or sandwiches. It felt like meeting an old friend for dinner.We ate our sandwiches in store. The store again was one of the cleanest we have come across. Sanitation is extremely important, especially when you have allergies. He did not even need to be asked to change gloves!I cannot think Himmat enough for this experience, we will definitely be returning to this storeDietary restrictions: In this store, they are excellent for diets. Did not need to be asked to change gloves etc, just did it. Would recommend for Diet issues.

everytime i have ordered here they have always gotten my order wrong. they never pick up the phone to deal with anything and have straight up cancelled my order after the driver arrived to pick up my order.today i ordered to find the lid of my nachos punched in with no jalapenos. (both my bf and i ordered jalapenos and i was the only one that didnt get them)despite my nacho box looking like it just lost in a street fight our cookies and drinks were missing from the order... tried calling and as always no response

Every single time we have ordered, they only deliver sub par quality. This time for example, I had ordered 2 meal deals and some cheese bites. They forget the jalepeños on my nachos again! And if that wasn?t bad enough, forgot the cookies AND DRINKS! Sort yourselves out for Christ

Fleet Rd Subway, Himmat is such a genuine guy, I work nearby and his endurance for customer service is inspiring, every time I see him, he is going out of his way to engage with customers, he is putting other branches to shame with this positive attitude, thank you so much for the consistent, brilliant service, really hope he gets rewarded for consistently going above and beyond.

No idea who the guy behind the till was today late evening (Wednesday 28 June) - but the service was simply outstanding for any Subway. The gentleman was very polite, spoke well, and he really made sure we were looked after properly. (Eg adding toppings we requested, adhering to my wife?s request for a different toasting routine etc.) He clearly cares for his customers and this was refreshing. Late evening meant the place was empty and it perhaps allowed for the slow-paced, careful / detail-oriented service that we liked - not the rush you sometimes encounter in a Subway because there are others waiting to order. We tried the new menu and both my wife and I really liked the subs we ordered. We will be back for sure.
